Fertility Nurse
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Assist Dr. Aimee during in-office procedures.
- Perform routine blood draws.
- Mix and administer injections.
- Provide compassionate patient care when educating patients about medications, lab tests, treatment protocols, and procedures.
- Train patients in medication mixing and injection administration to boost their confidence.
- Create a supportive and empathetic environment for patients and their partners.
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Aimee to ensure treatment plans are executed accurately.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans — IVF, Egg Freezing, IUI, Mock Cycles, FET, PRP, Egg Donation, Surrogacy, Freeze and Share Program.
- Supervise patients’ treatment progress throughout their cycle by maintaining consistent email communication and conducting follow-ups with patients and facilities.
- Order, follow-up, and analyze lab and procedure results.
- Efficiently handle the ordering of time-sensitive medications, blood tests, and procedures to prevent treatment delays.
- Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all patient information in our EMR system.
- Step in when needed to assist with phone calls, patient records, and rooming patients.
What You Bring
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Nurse in a fertility clinic or Ob/GYN practice.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in California.
- Strong phlebotomy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you communicate clearly and warmly.

The Details
- You’ll work 30+ hours a week during our operating hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends as needed. Our office hours are from Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm, and Sat-Sun from 8am-11am.
- This is an in-office position at our San Ramon location (94583), so a reliable commute is a must.
